Fall Season Bowl

Crunchy hazelnuts, dried apricots, candied oranges... well yes, this bowl contains not only the colors of autumn but also that need for an extra touch of sweetness that comes with the first breezes of the evening. Start get yourself comfortable on the couch!

Ingredients for the base:

  • Juice of half an orange
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 frozen peach
  • 2 dates
  • vanilla to taste
  • 1 jar of Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon of maca powder

Place everything in the blender and blend for 2 or 3 minutes until the mixture becomes creamy.

Ingredients on top:

  • Hazelnuts
  • Candied oranges
  • Red grape
  • Two slices of peach
  • A few coconut flakes for extra crunch, but granola would be great too
